• Our 2025 Annual Meeting was held on Sunday, 26 October at the Picacho Hills Country Club Meeting Room from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m..

Significant agenda items included: 

• Approval of our 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes
• Review of our financial status (Income Statement & Balance Sheet)
• Vote to replace 2 expiring Board of Director positions
• Approval of proposed changes to our Community Documents
• Approval of our 2026 Budget

REMINDER: Our BR2 Annual Assessment (dues) for 2026 will be $500.  Mail checks to BR2HOA Treasurer, 6701 Bright View Rd. Las Cruces, NM 88007.  Payments should be submitted by 31 December and will be delinquent if received later than 31 January.
