2024 End of Year Newsletter & Invoice (to be published)

2024 Annual Meeting:

• Our annual meeting was held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, 19 October in the Picacho Hills Country Club Meeting Room.  A social gathering with snacks was held prior starting at 1:30 P.M.

• 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes2023 annual meeting minutes – DRAFT These minutes will be submitted for BR2 community approval at our 2025 Annual Meeting
• Approved 2025 Budget

REMINDER: Our BR2 Annual Assessment (dues) for 2025 will be $500.  Mail checks to BR2HOA Treasurer, 6701 Bright View Rd. Las Cruces, NM 88007.  Payments should be submitted by 31 December and will be delinquent if received later than 31 January.
